 سياسة الاسترجاع

يحق للعميل طلب إرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط:

* أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم.
* أن يكون في تغليفه الأصلي.
* أن يكون بحالة سليمة دون أي تلف.

🔹 عند قبول طلب الاسترجاع، يتم خصم رسوم استرجاع ثابتة بقيمة 20 درهم إماراتي من قيمة الطلب.

🔹 في حال كان الدفع بواسطة بطاقة إلكترونية (أونلاين)، يتم أيضًا خصم:

* 2.45% + 1 درهم إماراتي، وهي رسوم بوابة الدفع غير القابلة للاسترداد.

✍️ سياسة المنتجات المخصصة والنقش حسب الطلب

المنتجات التي يتم تخصيصها حسب طلب العميل، بما في ذلك نقش الأسماء أو الأحرف أو أي عبارات يختارها العميل، لا يمكن إرجاعها أو استبدالها أو استرداد قيمتها بعد تنفيذ التخصيص، إلا في حال وجود خلل أو عيب في الساعة أو خطأ في تنفيذ النقش من طرفنا.

يرجى التأكد من صحة الاسم أو النص المطلوب قبل تأكيد الطلب، حيث يتم تنفيذ النقش بناءً على المعلومات التي يقدمها العميل.

💳 سياسة الاسترداد

* يتم رد المبلغ فقط عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة عند الشراء.
* يتم خصم رسوم الاسترجاع ورسوم بوابة الدفع، إن وجدت.
* قد تستغرق عملية الاسترداد من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل، حسب البنك المُصدر للبطاقة.

❌ سياسة إلغاء الطلب

* يمكن إلغاء الطلب خلال 24 ساعة من وقت تقديمه.
* يشترط ألا تكون عملية التجهيز أو الشحن قد بدأت.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

 Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

* The item is unused.
* It is in its original packaging.
* It is in good condition without any damage.

🔹 Upon approval of the return request, a fixed return fee of AED 20 will be deducted from the order value.

🔹 If payment was made using an online card, the following payment gateway fees will also be deducted:

* 2.45% + AED 1, which are non-refundable payment processing fees.

✍️ Customized Products & Engraving Policy

Products customized according to the customer’s request, including engraved names, initials, or any chosen text, are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once customization has been completed, except in cases of a defect or malfunction in the watch, or an engraving error on our part.

Please ensure that all names and text are correct before confirming your order, as engraving will be carried out according to the details provided by the customer.

💳 Refund Policy

* Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method used at checkout.
* Return fees and payment gateway fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
* Refund processing may take 2 to 5 business days, depending on the issuing bank.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  * Cancellation is permitted only if processing or shipping has not yet started.
  * Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
